LTAA is happy to once again open our fall program LTAA Jr. Vikes Field Hockey, mix of players coming from all Voorhees Sending Districts, including Lebanon Township Schools. This is an instructional program for elementary and middle school players in grades K to 8. Our program accepts registrants from Lebanon Township, Califon, Hampton, High Bridge, and Tewksbury Township; Town of Clinton and Glen Gardner may choose Jr. Vikes or Jr. Lions. Registrants from other towns must receive written permission from the sending district’s team administrator and League Administration in order to participate in LTAA Jr. Vikes FH.
During regular season for grades 2-8, practices will be one or two days/nights during the week. All games are Sundays, unless a makeup game is needed. Players are required to provide their own equipment including mouth guards, shin guards, sticks, cleats, and goggles (4-8 only), to be worn at all practices and games. Entry price includes a numbered jersey with socks (players provide black shorts) that must be worn for all games.
Grades K-1 Micros program consists of three days of Boot Camp, Saturday clinics in September, culminating in a Play Day of round robin games against other towns. The only required equipment is sneakers, mouth guard and shin guards. We provide the rest including a uniform T-shirt for game day. This program is subject to interest level. (minimum of 6 participants needed)
Our program allows you to choose just the right amount of Field Hockey for your needs. Looking for some summer Field Hockey? Playing on your school team? Get yourself ready by choosing our preseason summer boot camp.
